Our signature full-service experience features individual charcuterie plates prepared to order from our styled mobile cart. Guests can return to the bar throughout two hours of service while our attendants keep everything fresh, welcoming, and beautifully presented. Food is kept chilled in a temperature-controlled cooler and over ice on the cart. No electricity is required, and we need only a 6 × 6-foot setup space. One cart can serve up to 120 guests; larger crowds can be accommodated with a second cart and additional staff.
